• Pratyancha is an Ahmedabad based venture offering translation, content-writing, proof reading and subtitling services among English, Hindi and Gujarati languages. It also offers two evening courses titled POETRUSIC and FALSAFA, respectively.

    Poetrusic is a poetry appreciation course aimed at deciphering and sharing meanings in works of poetry in four languages: English, Hindi, Urdu and Sanskrit. Sessions are conducted once a week on a working day evening and each session belongs to one or more poets of a particular language.

    Falsafa is a course in comprehending philosophy. Readings from poetry, prose, philosophy and scientific theory are brought to the sessions. Here too, sessions are held once a week on a working day evening and there is a philosophical question that is taken as a theme each time such as: Who am I?, What is the aim of life? etc.

    Poetrusic and Falsafa can also be offered as semester long modules at Institutions under the elective and/or humanities courses. Special Poetrusic sessions devoted to a particular poet like Ghalib or Bachchan or Gupt can be held on the occasion of Hindi divas, World Poetry Day etc. or upon invitation to private gatherings, clubs, companies, corporates and other such events.

    Neha Krishana Kumar founded Pratyancha in 2011. She studied Architecture at School of Architecture, CEPT, Ahmedabad and holds an MA in Philosophy. The courses entitled Poetrusic and Falsafa are conducted by her armed with the knowledge gathered over twenty years of passionate study of poetry and philosophy. Neha has been a Youtuber, since 2015, and the channel 'Pratyancha' on YouTube has more than 175 uploads pertaining to poetry and philosophy. In addition, she has been a visiting instructor at CEPT University, Ahmedabad, since 2014.
